LEBS Properties Donates Property for the Hospice House
The Onslow Caregivers, Inc. met to sign the deed for the property on 1439 Lejuene Blvd (the old Ragazzis building). It was donated by
LEBS Properties to be resold with the money utilized for the proposed
Hospice House for Onslow County. At the presention were: Elly Web, Connie Wenner, Terry Jarman, Jean Cole, William Sanders, realtor, Bonnie Ramsey and Marge Zima.
We are extremely thankful for this gracious donation toward our goal!
Pine Needle Quilters Support Hospice House of Onslow County
The campaign to build a local Hospice House Fund received a boost recently through a contribution of $7,500 from
Pine Needle Quilters.
The Wendy Michele Rust Foundation - Donate $419,997.61
Onslow Caregiver’s Inc. recently received a donation of $419,997.61 from The Wendy Michele Rust Foundation for the proposed Hospice House for Onslow County in 2017.
AT&T Contributes to Support Hospice House of Onslow County
The campaign to build a local Hospice House Fund received a boost recently through a contribution of $1,000 from AT&T to Onslow Caregivers, Inc. thanks to a recommendation from Representative Phil Shepard (R-Jacksonville). Connie Colley & Her Avon Representatives - Donate $1300
The Onslow Caregivers, Inc. president Bonnie Ramsey and board members left to right Terry Jarman Sandra Crane, Jean Cole, Wanda Shephard, Connie Wenner, Marge Zima and Elly Webb received a $1300.00 check from Connie Colley and all her Avon Representatives for the Proposed Hospice House for Onslow County.
Southwest Meadowview Community Club Members - Donate $1500
Bonnie Ramsey, president of Onslow Caregivers Inc., received a $ 1500.00 check for the proposed Hospice House of Onslow County
from the Southwest Meadowview Community Club members.
Cindy Hoyt - Donates $6,000.00
Onslow Caregivers, Inc. members Ellen McMillan and Marge Zima received a donation of $6000.00 from Cindy Hoyt for the proposed Hospice House for Onslow County.
She is the highest single donor to date and Onslow Caregivers, Inc. appreciates her support.
United Methodist Men - Trinity United Methodist Church Donates
President Ray Love and Stan Simchick presented a $1000.00 check from the United Methodist Men, Trinity United Methodist Church to Onslow Caregivers, Inc. Marge Zima for the proposed Hospice House for Onslow County.
Fleet Reserve Association Branch 208 Donates $1000.00
Another campaign boost came from Fleet Reserve Association Branch 208, donating $1000.00 to Onslow Caregiver’s Inc. for the future Onslow Hospice House.
Sandra Wyric Crane, Hospice House Board and Mary Alice Gomez-Riechler, Caregiver’s Board received the check from Bill Hemmingway, Treasurer.
Modern Exterminating Donates $2,000.00
A donation of $2,000.00 was presented to Ellen McMillan, Treasurer for the Hospice House Board, from Charles and Lea Efird, Owners of Modern Exterminating.
Members of the Onslow Caregivers, Inc. Board were also present to include Marge Zima and Ely Webb.
Jacksonville Rotary Club Donates 1,500.00
A donation for $1500.00 was presented by Kathy Askins, President of the Jacksonville Rotary Club, to Sandra Griffin and Marge Zima, Onslow Caregivers, for the proposed Hospice House for Onslow County.
